OUR STORY
Live Crown Forestry Ltd. is a full-service natural resource consulting firm located in Prince George, British Columbia. Since 1995 Live Crown has provided resource planning, multi-phase timber development, and timber and beetle reconnaissance services to clients in industry, government, the private sector and First Nations throughout northern and central British Columbia.
Started in Hazelton, British Columbia by Brian Telford and Shannon Spence, RPF with a focus on quality and efficient completion of timber development and silviculture surveys, Live Crown Forestry Ltd. has evolved with a continuous improvement model to be a leading provider of multi-phase resource management services to clients of northern British Columbia. For three years prior to starting Live Crown, Brian and Shannon were employed by Skeena Cellulose and Repap Carnaby in Hazelton where they were responsible for managing the timber development consultants, cutting permit applications and completing appraisals. With the owners working in the field and supervising since 1995, Live Crown ensures that the high standard of quality and efficiency in the daily work is maintained throughout each project.
Throughout the years Live Crown has learned to be flexible and adaptable when providing the deliverables that are tailored to the specific and growing needs of our clients. At Live Crown we take great pride in our work and have a strong commitment to environmental stewardship, sustainable forest development, and safety. We strongly believe in the value of our 24 years of experience to produce a product that will serve our client well.
